@feydemon That's not entirely true. However, it's like Square can't be arsed these days to go above and beyond on their outfit designs. They'll either overdesign an outfit to death or take a mid design, shrug, and say "eh, good enough". It's no way to treat such an iconic character.

Don’t care about its technological achievements or influence. A game can be influential and still be bad. FFVII is one of the most overrated pieces of media in existence.

Probably the only thing I’m disappointed about with FF7 Revelation 😔
No disrespect to the new VA; I just really wish we kept the consistency with the main villain’s voice since Tyler Hoechlin did Remake, Rebirth & Crisis Core
Especially this one since part 3 looks to be the most important and Sephiroth-focused game too…

The weapon designs are definitely not that impressive outside of their scale. Too much emphasis on fidelity and realism. In the OG the weapons looked like a mix of a monster and weapon but now they just look like oversized monsters

Let's say that Cloud's absent for a whopping 75% of Revelation. That still leaves 25% of a game that will take between 80 to 100 hours to complete. More than enough material to cut into a 3 minute trailer.
