As I understand it Malaysia does hv sex offender registry called Sexual Crime Registry System (eDKK) but the system is not publicly accessible. Maybe it’s time to change tht. Pi mampus those who want to “protect” these offenders frm stigma. They shouldnt be roaming around freely
