Franchises are changed for decades because of correct high picks.

@ajcastigliaa People forget that Jack Hughes first 2 seasons were borderline horrendous. But NJD stuck with it, kept him on PP1 and Top-6, and made sure he never lost confidence. Now he’s a superstar. 1OA players are drafted where they are for a reason, but need the right situation to thrive.
