@AfterBlip @Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh Common sense is exactly what I am using. Age and merit may be different but the reason behind both relaxations is the same unfair conditions and lack of equal opportunities. So dont question my understanding question your double standards.

@xam4396 @Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh Age is different from merit, use common sense. You even know about why students are asking for age relaxation or you just felt like commenting?

@Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh @LadakhSecretary @dse_ladakh Relaxation doesnt reduce ur merit it simply gives a fair chance to those who lack equal opportunities. Articles 14 and 16 of our Constitution ensure Equality and Equal Opportunity. When conditions are unequal providing relaxation is not injustice it creates a level playing field.

Teacher aspirants request @lg_ladakh @LadakhSecretary @dse_ladakh not to provide further relaxation in CTET eligibility, as a one-time 10% relaxation was already granted during the 2024 teacher recruitment. Repeated relaxations may affect fairness and merit in the selection,

@Ladakhjobs123 So then what? If relaxation was already given in 2024 what is the problem in making it permanent? If it was justified once it can be justified again especially when the ground reality has not changed.

@Ladakhjobs123 Why so much hypocrisy? You demanded a 5 yr age relaxation for SI posts but now you oppose CTET 10% relaxation saying there are already enough qualified candidates. If number is the criteria then many SI aspirants fall in the age limit? Why this double standard?

@Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh @LadakhSecretary If you truly believe in your capability and intelligence then why are you afraid of relaxation? Relaxation doesnt reduce ur merit it simply gives a fair chance to those who lacked equal opportunities. So dont be afraid of competition. You are future teachers fear doesnt suit you.

There is no need to provide such relaxation, as Ladakh already has a large number of qualified candidates. Around 500 students from Science and SST streams (excluding Commerce) have qualified the CTET exam this year alone.@lg_ladakh @LadakhSecretary

@HassanainRocky @lg_ladakh Just bcoz a few students perform well does not mean the need for relaxation disappears. Policies should be designed for the majority not just a few individuals. The ground reality for many aspirants especially those from remote or underprivileged backgrounds is very different.

@HassanainRocky @lg_ladakh I just want to ask those who oppose relaxation based on their own good scores many Ladakhi students are already succeeding across India and without reservation. If individual success is the basis would you be ready to give up your own reservation benefits on the same principle?

@HassanainRocky @lg_ladakh Alhamdulillah I dont personally require it. I am simply supporting this for the future so that those who lack resources and opportunities can also get a fair chance.

@Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh @LadakhSecretary Hypocrisy.. You are demanding a 5 year age relaxation for SI even though many aspirants already fall within the age limit. Why are demanding for relaxation then? Are you not inside the age criteria? But now when it comes to CTET relaxation you oppose it. Why this double standard?

@Ladakhjobs123 @lg_ladakh Why are you asking for age relaxation for SI but not 10% relaxation in CTET? Why double standard?
