It is being said that a “two-bottle program” at his bungalow has now become a fixed nightly routine. Sources claim that dark circles under his eyes have also started becoming quite noticeable. Because of this, his secretary reportedly avoids giving appointments to most leaders after 8 PM, since “sir is usually fully drunk” by then.
