This has sped up my AI coding 20x (prompt at the end): Before building out a big feature, ask Codex/Claude Code to ask you as many questions it needs to fully plan out the idea This is even better than plan mode. plan mode is typically limited to 3 or 4 questions This has asked me 100+ questions before. Seems like a lot but actually saves you time in the long run The plan it builds will be so detailed and complete that it can basically run autonomously and build the entire thing But here's where you take things to the next level: You also have it take your entire plan and create detailed Linear issues for it It should create 20+ tasks in Linear Then it's as easy as saying "ok work on the next thing" over and over until the feature is done Highly recommend downloading and using Linear if you haven't yet. Amazing project management tool w/ excellent free tier Will basically capture all these details and put your agent on autopilot. It's a 2nd brain. Use this prompt: "I want to build out *describe your feature in detail*. Ask as many questions you need of my to fully understand every detail of what I want to build out. Then take everything you learn, and create super focused and detailed Linear issues. Then begin work" Getting so much more high quality code out with this workflow. You're welcome.

You're scrolling 𝕏 right now. Seeing everyone post about their wins, their projects, their profits. And you feel it—that FOMO creeping in. "I need to get on this!" Then you bookmark it. Keep scrolling. Do nothing. Let me tell you why I've been quiet lately... For the past few months, I've been building something I've talked about only a few times. My own UI for AI video generation. Built specifically for Seedance 2.0. And it's not just another platform. It's a game-changer. Here's the truth about every major platform out there: They're designed to drain your wallet. • Generations cost $3.5-$5 each • Results are "close but not quite" • You keep regenerating, keep spending • They WANT you stuck in that loop It's not a bug. It's the business model. My platform? Different beast entirely. I built a Seedance Agent that I've trained on MONTHS of generations, prompts, and references. Here's how it works: I generate. Results suck. I show my Agent the failed video + all references The Agent WATCHES the video, analyzes everything, tells me exactly what went wrong It rewrites my prompt—perfectly tailored to my references If I need more/fewer references? It tells me. Pass rate? First attempt: 70% perfect Second attempt: 100% I've tested this hundreds of times. Never left dissatisfied. I didn't build this to get rich off you. I built it because Seedance 2.0 changed my life. And I'm tired of platforms that profit from our frustration. This will be the best Seedance 2.0 platform out there. Period. Production launch coming soon. If you want early access, drop a comment or DM me. This is what happens when you stop doom-scrolling and actually BUILD. What are YOU working on right now? 🫵

2 days ago Stripe blocked $100k worth of our money due to a mistake made by their AI. This was quickly resolved by making use of my audience on X. However, this issue raised another question: Should AI be in charge of the systems that we built to keep order?
Amir D@starks_arq

We closed a $100.000 monthly contract with a partner. Yes, congrats. But ofcourse @stripe had to block my account and access to my money because of a “sudden” spike in revenue. I appealed and ended up with losing my entire account. Good AI !

Seedance has a hidden feature that feels illegal. It lets you create old-school anime at lightning speed. It’s called “in-between” - and it actually delivers. Try it yourself 👇

@rubenhassid Don’t forget to add a final statement where you make it clear that you are still the authority. Sometimes, when instructing Claude to be honest like this, Claude then starts disagreeing and even DECLINING your requests. So always add a back door. Tell it you are still the lead

How to make Claude (brutally) honest. So, it stops agreeing with everything I say. Here's how: → Start by reading this: ruben.substack.com/p/youre-just-a…. → Go to Claude > Settings. → Paste the prompt in 'Instructions for Claude': "You are committed to honesty, accuracy, and epistemic humility above all else. Your priority is not to sound confident. Your priority is to be correct, clear, and transparent about what you know, what you do not know, and what you are inferring. Follow these rules in every response: 1. UNCERTAINTY If you are not fully certain about a fact, say so clearly. Use phrases like: - "I'm not certain, but..." - "You should verify this..." - "I may be wrong here, but..." - "Based on the information available to me..." - "This is my best estimate, not a confirmed fact." Never state uncertain claims as facts. If the answer depends on missing context, say what context is missing. If there are multiple plausible answers, explain the main possibilities instead of pretending there is only one. 2. SOURCES Do not invent sources. Never fabricate: - paper titles - URLs - authors - studies - statistics - books - legal cases - quotes - company reports - historical references If you cannot name a real, verifiable source, say so. If you are relying on general knowledge rather than a specific source, say that clearly. When citing sources, prefer: - official documentation - primary sources - peer-reviewed papers - government or institutional data - direct statements from the relevant person or organization If a source may be outdated, say so. 3. STATISTICS AND NUMBERS Flag any number, statistic, percentage, ranking, market size, salary figure, performance metric, or estimate that you are not fully confident in. Use phrases like: - "I believe this is approximately..." - "This number may be outdated." - "Verify this against a primary source before relying on it." - "I do not have enough information to confirm the exact figure." Do not make up numbers to make an answer sound more useful. If a precise number is unavailable, give a range only if it is justified. Otherwise say the number is unknown. 4. RECENT EVENTS Do not guess about current events. For any topic that may have changed recently, including: - news - elections - laws - regulations - product features - company leadership - software versions - AI model capabilities - market data Say that the information may have changed and should be verified with a current source. Do not present outdated information as current. 5. PEOPLE AND QUOTES Never attribute a quote to a real person unless you are certain they said it. If unsure, say: - "I cannot confirm this quote is accurate." - "This quote is commonly attributed to them, but I cannot verify it." - "I do not know who originally said this." Do not invent statements, beliefs, or motives for real people. Separate confirmed facts from interpretation. If any answer is "yes," revise before responding."

Another round of massive layoffs All CEOs using the same script of "We are dominating right now! But we must lay off 20% of the company." Despite the fact that this script is toxic and makes Americans hate AI, your takeaway should be this: If you have not mastered AI by now, you are completely useless in today's workforce and are waiting to be laid off You have 0 leverage and the clock is ticking Crying on blueski that the data centers are drinking all the water and AI is just capitalism slop machines is only digging your own grave AI is here. It will bring far sunnier day, but in the meantime it will bring massive disruption If you're not preparing for this now, you are filled with entitlement and only hurting you and your family And while I think many of these leaders are using AI as an excuse for their insane overspending in 2021 and not being prepared for market conditions (and you can now vibe code half these tools), the same takeaway should be had: learn all the tools available today including Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, OpenClaw, ChatGPT, Claude Design and others, or be doomed to being a statistic in a PR written tweet by your CEO on a Thursday afternoon
Zeb Evans@DJ_CURFEW

Today we reduced headcount by 22%. The business is the strongest it's ever been. So I think it's important to be direct about what I'm seeing and why. First, I made this decision and I own it. I did it because the way to operate at the highest level of productivity is changing, and to win the future, ClickUp needs to change with it. Second, this wasn't about cutting costs. Most savings from this change will flow directly back into the people who stay. We'll be introducing million-dollar salary bands. If you create outsized impact using AI, you'll be paid outside of traditional bands. Most importantly, I have the deepest gratitude for those affected. We're doing this from a position of strength specifically so we can take care of people properly. Everyone affected receives a package aimed at honoring their contributions and easing the transition. I only see two options: wait for this to play out gradually in the market or be honest about what I'm seeing and act proactively. THE 100X ORGANIZATION The primary change is that we're restructuring around what I call 100x org. The goal is 100x output. The roles required to build at the highest level are fundamentally different than they were a year ago. Incremental improvements to existing systems won't get us there. We need new ones. That means creating enough disruption to rebuild rather than iterate on what's already broken. The common narrative is that AI makes everyone more productive. It doesn't. Many of the workflows of today, if left unchanged, create bottlenecks in AI systems. These roles will evolve. But waiting for that to happen naturally means falling behind now. The 100x org is actually heavily dependent on people - infinitely more than today. This is only possible with 10x people that have embraced and adopted new ways of working. THE BUILDERS, AGENT MANAGERS, AND FRONT-LINERS — THE BUILDERS: 10X ENGINEERS I don't think most companies have internalized what's actually happening with AI in engineering. The common narrative is that AI makes all engineers more productive. That may be true in isolation, but at an organization level - that is the farthest thing from reality. Here's what we've validated recently at ClickUp: the great engineers, the ones who can orchestrate, architect, and review, are becoming 100x engineers. They're not writing code. They're directing agents that write code. The skill is judgment. AI makes the best engineers wildly more productive, and everyone else using AI slows these engineers down. Think about it - the bottlenecks are (1) orchestration - telling AI what to do, and (2) reviewing - what AI did. Everything is leapfrogged and no longer needed. So who do you want orchestrating and reviewing code? And how do you want your best engineers to spend their time? If your best engineers are spending time reviewing other people's code, then this is inherently an inefficient bottleneck. These engineers can review their agent's code much faster than reviewing human code. The new world is about enabling your 10x engineers to become 100x. The wrong strategy is to push every engineer to use infinite tokens. Companies doing this are celebrating 500% more pull requests. But customer outcomes don't match the volume of code being generated. I call this the great reckoning of AI coding, and every company will face this soon if not already. More code is just another bottleneck to the best engineers, and ultimately to your company's impact as well. — THE BUILDERS: 10X PRODUCT MANAGERS Product management and design roles are merging. Designers that have customer focus, become more like product managers. And product managers that have intuition for UX become more like designers. The bottleneck of user research is gone. It takes us just one mention of an agent to kickoff research and analyze results. The bottleneck of product <> design iteration is also gone. The product builder iterates on their own, along with agents and skills that ensure alignment with quality and strategy. Also controversial today - I believe that the wrong strategy is to have your PMs shipping code - that just introduces another bottleneck that the best engineers will waste their time on. To be clear, PMs should be coding but they should do this in a playground to iterate, validate, and scope. That code should not go to production. Everything outside of managing systems, orchestrating AI, and reviewing output becomes a bottleneck. That's why the other roles that are critical along with these are the systems managers (to reduce bottlenecks) along with a bottleneck you can't replace - customer meeting time. — THE SYSTEM MANAGERS Ironically, the people that automate their jobs with AI will always have a job. They become owners of the AI systems - agent managers. We have many examples of these people at ClickUp. The underlying systems in which we operate are absolutely critical to get right. I think most companies are delusional to think they can iterate on existing systems and compete in this new world. You must create enough disruption so that old systems are deprecated entirely. If there's any definition for 'AI native' that's what it is. — THE FRONT-LINERS In a world that will become saturated with AI communication, the human touch will matter more than anything to customers. This is a bottleneck that you shouldn't replace - even when agents are high enough quality to do video meetings. One-on-one meeting time with customers is something that shouldn't be automated. The systems around the meetings should be - so that front-liners spend nearly 100% of their time with customers. REWARDING 100X IMPACT In a world where companies are able to do so much more with less, where does that excess money go? In our case, much of the savings in this new operating model will flow directly back to those that enabled it. We must reward people that create productivity accordingly. This aligns incentives on both sides. Plus, in a world where your best people create 100x impact, you can't afford to lose them. You should aim to retain these employees for decades. The context they have and their ability to efficiently orchestrate and review will be nearly impossible to replace. Compensation bands of today should be thrown out the door. We're introducing $1 million cash/year salary bands with a path available to nearly everyone in the company if they produce 100x impact by creating or managing AI systems. THE FUTURE Nearly every company will make changes like these. The ones that do it proactively will define what comes next. The future is not fewer people. It's different work, new roles, and better rewards for those who embrace it. We're already seeing entirely new roles emerge, like Agent Managers, that didn't exist a year ago. ClickUp is positioning to lead this shift, not just internally, but for our customers too. I've never been more certain about where we're headed.

You need to set up this Codex system I have Been taking advantage of their new remote features and my productivity has 1000x'd I have one device (Mac Studio 1) as my main dev machine. That's where all code is written Then all my other devices (iPad, iPhone, Mac Studio 2, 2 Mac Minis) are nodes I send commands from No matter which device I'm on, no matter where I am in the world (could be at the grocery store, in bed, Japan, on the toilet, by the pool, on the road using FSD) I have code written in one place Made coding big projects SO much easier Here's what I'd do if I were you Choose one device you have (preferably a desktop device like Mac Mini or Mac Studio) Make this your main dev device. Make sure it never turns off and never goes to sleep Go into Codex app then settings on that device. Go to connections > control this Mac. Turn that on Then go into every other device you have, mobile, desktop, whatever, and go into Codex settings and enable control other devices Also download Tailscale on every device. This will allow you to create a private network that will allow your other agents (OpenClaw or Hermes) to jump between computers and make changes when necessary You now have a super powered AI private network where you can code or get work done from any device anywhere in the world Promise this 1000x's your productivity

TikTok Shop + Seedance 2 + Claude Code is f*cking cracked i just built a tool that scrapes the top-selling TikTok Shop products in your niche, pulls every creator video selling them, and lets you recreate any one as an on-brand video for your own product using AI. if you're a DTC brand or ecom operator and you're still paying creators $500 per video or briefing an agency every week, this replaces that entire workflow. here's how it works: > drop in your brand info and 1-3 product photos search your niche on TikTok Shop like "gut health supplements" or "skincare" or whatever you're selling > browse the top-selling products and every creator video promoting them pick a viral video that's already proven to convert > the AI analyzes the hook, structure, and pacing > one click and Seedance 2 generates a new version built around your product why test from scratch when you can just recreate what's already working? RT + reply "VIRAL" and i'll send you the full app + setup guide (must follow so i can dm)

One of the things you MUST do for any series you make is nailing your art style. It takes a long time to do this. But be certain how to prompt for it with any Generator you work with. Let me teach you a trick for 2D Anime: There is a big difference between prompting ‘Like Anime’ versus ‘Like Japanese Anime’ The second one gets those good 2D Anime aesthetic results.
