I wanted to wait a decent time and put out enough content before I set up an official donation page. I started a KUNO because I feel like there’s a gap in the media space around privacy. Most of the popular options today are focused almost entirely on speculation and price talk. One example: @MarketBubble I'm glad the current options opened the door. Between @MoneroTalk and @xenumonero’s AntiMoonboy podcast, I believe there’s room for more Monero $XMR and privacy focused podcasts. I want to help spread the Monero message. Monero IS my message as you see from the page. Topics like this(quoted post) are exactly why these conversations matter. But beyond that, I also want to help expand Monero’s podcast-style media presence. My goal is to bring more discussions about Monero and privacy to X through Spaces and other formats. This would be short form content. 10 minute straight to the point spaces, to start. The KUNO is meant to help get everything in place, keep a budget and, more importantly, help create a circular economy around Monero media. That means guests would be paid for their time *in Monero*, using donations *from the Monero community*. I’m also looking for sponsors as well. If you'd like to expand Privacy and Monero media, feel free to reach out in the DMs. Thanks for reading and thanks your time😀

👀This @GrapheneOS X @Moto collab is bigger than I thought! If we didnt get this NOW, who knows what direction privacy on mobile would be headed! Did you know: @Google Pixel 10 delays and tighter controls threw off GrapheneOS support timelines, making it harder to keep up with fast Pixel releases. Its almost like they were TRYING to brick @GrapheneOS Perfect timing for the @Moto partnership: 2027 flagships will let you unlock the startup security, install GrapheneOS, then lock it back so the phone checks everything’s safe. Samsung stays locked. Apple gives you no choice. Real secure Android options are finally coming. 👀 This is the start of something great!

What actually is decentralization? A common criticism I get is that "WAGYU ISN'T DECENTRALIZED!!" Let me clear some things up for you guys. YES WAGYU IS DECENTRALIZED. Wagyu's matching is decentralized on @HyperliquidX, the orderbook and settlement is on-chain. The only aspect that isn't decentralized is the XMR custody. It's the only component that CANNOT be made trustless, Monero has no smart contract layer. You CANNOT lock XMR in a contract on Monero the way you can lock ETH in a contract on Ethereum. The moment XMR enters any programmable environment, the keys have to live off-chain. THERE IS NO OTHER ARCHITECTURE. Nobody calls @aave centralized because it uses $USDC when the rest of the protocol is decentralized. Wagyu uses the same model as every wrapped asset in crypto. $WBTC is custodied by @BitGo Wrapped ETH/SOL on every non-native chain has bridge contracts + permissioned mint authority. $DAI itself markets as decentralized but it has 40-60% of its backing in $USDC plus tokenized RWA making up the rest of it. The "fully decentralized" protocols aren't "fully decentralized" either. All the L2s (@arbitrum, @base, @Optimism) run centralized sequencers. After the @KelpDAO exploit, the Arbitrum Security council froze over 30,000 ETH on Arbitrum, a supposed "decentralized" L2. @LayerZero_Core also assumed to be fully decentralized was compromised by having their RPC nodes hijacked and letting the attackers mint 100,000+ $rsETH. Almost half of active LayerZero OApp contracts were running the same 1/1 config at the time of attack, nobody called LayerZero centralized before that. @aave, @MakerDAO (now @SkyEcosystem), @Uniswap, @LidoFinance all have multisigs that can upgrade contracts or pause everything. You cannot run these protocols safely without one. Perps trading DEXs like @DriftProtocol and even @HyperliquidX all rely on centralized keepers, off-chain matching or both as well as multisigs. Every one of the above markets as decentralized, because every one of them IS decentralized, in the components that matter. If Wagyu isn't good enough, then WHAT IS? The supposedly "pure" XMR alternatives like @bisq_network and @HavenoDEX use 2/3 multisig escrows with a human arbitrator. And more importantly, they can't possibly handle the liquidity/volume that monero:native demands to bring it to the masses. Atomic swaps to XMR exist but they require two online parties with sufficient liquidity to trade P2P and can take hours for a single trade. There will never be a UX that competes with "deposit XMR, trade on orderbook to ETH and withdraw" If Wagyu isn't good enough, then what is? The comparison isn't Wagyu vs some imagined fully-trustless XMR perps platform that doesn't exist and CAN'T EXIST. It's Wagyu vs Binance/Kraken and every centralized instant swap service. Those are FULLY CENTRALIZED with ZERO layers of decentralization. If you can't see that Wagyu is dramatically more decentralized than anything else available on the market, you're delusional. This is the best compromise for XMR to get real liquidity and real volume while keeping the rest of the stack as decentralized as possible. The one component that requires trust is the one component that CANNOT be made trustless. Wagyu is already #2 exchange for XMR after only a few months live with nearly $300m in volume done. By far the best place to trade in and out of XMR right now, and the only one that doesn't require you to hand your coins to a CEX. If you're against Wagyu then you're against the growth of Monero. YES WAGYU IS DECENTRALIZED.

i don't see how this would make any difference. What worse position to be in than having SBF on your cap table? especially for such a supposedly idealistic project it is embarrassing why even have a cap table if it is such an "idealistic" project? their tech docs are mixed with calls to read books by this cia connected terror group PKK during the "mandatory initial stage" man wtf this is all just too crazy for me to spend more time on. the question is if this PKK nonsense or having to learn python will fry your brain more during the "Mandatory Initial Stage" cult initiation ritual.

@spirobel Gee thanks for explaining that my sarcastic "donation" statement is different than "investment".

they didnt receive "donations" they received an investment. the typical expectation is that the investors receive a token allocation in return. Do you think SBF just gave aamir 500k out of the goodness of his heart? also consider this: 1. they are not just a vc shitcoin, they are also connected to CIA funded terrorist groups 2. aamir mentioned in a second interview that his cofounder might have been on the island. 3. they were threatening me & in general trying astroturf / "amateur psyops" campaigns in the monero matrix channels. x.com/spirobel/statu… x.com/spirobel/statu… x.com/spirobel/statu…

It would be more notable if we knew dark fi received donations from other companies as well. I mean, this is why they aren't releasing any tokenomics lol but I want to see who else funded them. I'm not burying them for receiving a donation from one company but yeah it is a big red flag. Especially when they pretend it didn't happen lmao

@xenumonero who cares at this point 😀 it is just useless tech ... almost as useless as zcash privacy when their app keeps reusing the same t-addr which connects all swaps together forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/why-does-zas… <--- just looked at this thread again, apparently it is still not fixed ...

the financial times has published the almeda / ftx cap table a long time ago. Darkfi is on there with two 250k checks i reported about this here: x.com/spirobel/statu… i can also give you proof about the astroturfing / "psyops" that the darkfi goons did in the monero channels. honestly i was neutral about this project before all of this happened. yesterday i took the time to look a bit more deeply into their tech and came to the conclusion that it is useless. multisig + privacy is really all you need. the business logic for the contract does not need to be part of the consensus.

ft.com/content/aaa4a4… according to official documents they received two times 250k from almeda / sbf. "cypherpunk" hackerman clownshit at its finest. you can also look more into the epstein emails, there is one from 2014. they met multiple times in 2011, there is talk about "getting a new sim" and they use another email genjix@riseup.net which was used to advertise ... you know what just take a look yourself. this piece of shit should be lucky if he just goes to jail
