When such a woman runs loose and begins using her power to buy herself expensive husbands, holidays, children, clothing, houses, and cars, her third-world impoverished and malnourished sisters can only look on helplessly. At this moment, when all her measures are lost, when all her handbrakes fail, I see her as nothing but a stain on our collective consciousness and an insult to all struggling women of Uganda. If ever Uganda achieves meaningful change, it will be led by women who have had enough. And those, by stats, are 25 million. A woman's spirit is the spirit of caring, nourishing, nesting, building, and living in harmony and peace. This spirit may be suppressed, beaten, starved, chained, and mistreated for centuries, but the code remains deeply wired in all of us. This code gives nations their continuity and their youth. And this very code will sweep this house, scrub it clean, fold the loose ends, and bring it to perfect order. Women of Uganda, you have a task, and it's a giant one: take charge. End this nonsense. Step up and fight for your children and our collective future. The future is in your hands.

Additionally, I offer my felicitations to all Ugandans. I sincerely thank the people of Bukedea for their trust and confidence in me to serve as their representative in Parliament during the previous term, and for granting me the opportunity to serve another term. I am confident that I have fulfilled my duties diligently. Furthermore, I extend my appreciation to all security agencies for ensuring peace and stability in our country during the polls and the swearing-in!
