I just created a totally new psychological model that explains subconscious programming and the way it shapes your identity. Humans are like a river that has three sections - a source, the midstream, and eventually it turns wide and goes into the sea the shape of the river, including the turns, oxbow lakes, meanders etc, all depend on the particular genetic and environmental circumstances that are in the region no two rivers are the same, every single one is unique. However, some rivers have dams blocking the flow of water, and unlike natural environmental factors that affect the way the shape of the river manifests, dams are manmade structures built intentionally that block the flow of water towards the sea where everything is open and visible. The river is a metaphor for our nervous system it's the flow mechanism that carries information and energy from your deepest conditioning all the way to your conscious thoughts and behaviours every emotion you feel every thought every behaviour every muscle are all connected by the nervous system and each section of the river - source midstream sea are distinct parts of our mind which can be accessed at any moment. The source is the deepest part of our mind; language doesn't exist at this level there are no beliefs, but only emotions and reinforced behaviours it's where you learned your place in the world, how everything works, and the rules you're allowed to play by - all taught through emotion, conditioning and example. Midstream is what we traditionally call the subconscious mind, emotions, behaviours, learned patterns and conditioned responses become labelled through language and form beliefs e.g. you always felt money was out of reach when you were growing up, and now you subconsciously believe "people like me don't get rich" your identity and ego form here. The sea is your conscious mind and all of your behaviours it's everything that takes place on the surface level of your mind and the outside world including thoughts, habits, patterns, etc all an outwards manifestation of everything in the midstream and the source. Dams are emotional blockages that prevent this natural flow, creating the patterns that sabotage what you consciously want. they are the result of the conditioning and suppressed emotion which happen at the source level they block the flow of information and energy in the nervous system through muscular holding patterns the easiest way to explain it is by imagining a stress ball which represents suppressed emotions and conditioned parts of you your hands are squeezing it 24/7 just so that stress ball stays that way the same thing happens all over your body so every time you want to do something that goes against your conditioning, you just can't. People try to fix this problem by changing the way they think, but this will never work because it's all based on emotion you're trying to override a system with software when in reality your hardware is preventing it. There was a neuroscientist called Antonio Damasio, when studying people who had damage in the part of the brain where emotions are generated, he found that they all had something peculiar in common: They couldn’t make decisions. They could describe what they should do in logical terms, but they found it impossible to make even the simplest choices. Your mind and your body aren't two separate entities; they are interlinked dams affect the way you think, act, behave, and perceive literally blocking access to information that would get you exactly what you wanted your whole life. You want to get rich, but you always end up in the same place. You want to be productive, but you always do something else. You want to be charismatic, but your brain shuts down in social situations. This affects you at levels nobody can even comprehend. When all of the dams are removed, and the information flows uninhibited from the source all the way to the sea - you get into flow state at ease you're truly authentic your words, actions, beliefs are all aligned you get access to creativity, new ideas, and new information that you never knew you had so when you want to get rich and start a successful business, there is nothing stopping you from getting the idea learning how to realise it taking action accepting the money and being able to keep it without sabotaging yourself. The key is to remove the dams. I'm going to go deep into each part of the model in future posts.

Being yourself unapologetically. 90% of problems with confidence, success, relationships, boils down to hiding parts of yourself (including hiding them from yourself) to become more acceptable when you own your story fully, you get to write the next chapters if you don't you spend the rest of your life tiptoeing and zigzaging your way to somehow get both what you want and what others want but that's impossible

I find it astonishing how people can go 15 years working and make under $10k/month What are people actually doing during this time? I don't understand it In basically any industry you can walk into a $15k/month role within first 1-2 years if you have average intelligence If you've been in an industry for over 4 years and are making under $25k/month I'd consider that a failure And honestly that is conservative by online money standards Most people would demand a lot more as a bare minimum And for the people who say 'I dont care about money' Why would you work then? Go move to Bali if you care so little about money and social status Highest level of social programming

The career path most people are on: Year 1-3: Entry level. $40-50k. Grateful just to be here. Year 4-8: Mid-level. $70k. Finally comfortable. Year 9-15: Senior. $100k. Busy all the time. Year 16-25: Director. $150k. Can't remember the last vacation. Year 26+: VP. $200k. Kids are grown. Publishing books saved me from this.

Heaven and Hell does not only start after death, it starts now the struggles you are facing in your life, and I'm not talking about the external struggles like a lack of money or relationships, but the deep internal struggles that have accompanied you all your life, that is your hell and through facing that hell directly - not avoiding or compensating but through bringing it into awareness and sitting with it it will burn away everything it needs to and you will enter heaven. All of your external struggles will gradually vanish as they are a reflection of your internal.

The key to reprogramming your subconscious is awareness you train yourself to become aware of the subconscious parts that you want to change, and you bring them into your consciousness in the conscious level you can remove it or change it to whatever you want. First focus your awareness on the emotions you feel when you encounter a block e.g. procrastination or anxiety then you follow the path - where do those emotions lead to? spend 15 minutes a day just feeling them, you'll start peeling layers thoughts, different emotions, memories, will start rising to the surface that's what you've been avoiding. Own it, ask yourself what purpose they served, and align them with your goals through visualisation

The limitless pill is real but it's not something you take, it's something you remove you'll experience a sense of heightened awareness, as though you're operating at a higher level than anyone around you crystal clear thoughts access to memories and information you have forgotten concentration that is effortless and intense connecting ideas you have never thought of before total certainty in yourself. imagine what it would feel like then realise this is your default state. Picture a version of yourself with no anxiety, no resistance to work, there is nothing holding you back procrastination doesn't exist, you don't run in circles anymore, no bad habits or negative thoughts removing these is your limitless pill. Success is the removal of accumulated dirt, an archaeology of the mind.

If the world gets darker and dumber, and your response is to match it, to curse at it, to become obsessed with how right you are about how bad it is, you’ve already handed over the one thing it wanted from you. you don't protect your sanity by fighting the madness. you protect it by refusing to let it have your mornings, your sundays, the way you sit with a friend saying nothing. the world does not need your opinion about how lost it is. it knows. what it needs is somebody still saying grace before a meal while the kitchen burns

You shouldn’t build a personal brand, start a podcast, stream, or anything like that. Here’s why, with one exception: Doing this in 2026 is the equivalent of being a stripper in a club with one million other strippers. Yes, you can make money fast. But there are three major drawbacks: A) This skill set stops producing money the second you stop shaking your ass. B) There are 1,000 other creators starting every day. Even if you make it, you have to shake harder and harder to stay relevant. It is no longer an “open” opportunity. The second you stop serving the algorithm, you are replaced. C) You will not want to be shaking your ass on Twitch and making content at 40. Keep in mind. At 40 you will not just have to maintain this. You will need to be shaking your ass 5x harder, every year, as the competition to be relevant get's harder and harder. What you really should do is master a craft: business building, investing, or something else you can master in silence. Then do that for 30 to 40 years straight. In all honesty, 90% of people making content are wasting their careers. Even the mildly to largely successful ones. It is just not a good choice. It's fun when your 20. But ultimately a brutal waste of your years. The only times you should do this are: A) If this is truly your life’s calling. B) If it is a fun side hobby. 95% of people doing this do not fall into bucket A. They are doing it simply to make money. Their time would be better spent learning how to invest, build companies, build brands, and develop real skills. 95% of my net worth comes from my tech companies, which have grown mostly outside of my “content.” For the last six months, I stopped making videos because videos fell into bucket B for me. I stopped enjoying it. So I don't do it. The end. I get up and work on my businesses and write in hobby time. I cannot fathom a greater hell than having to make videos and content if I didn’t want to. This is a luxury most “personal brand” entrepreneurs do not have. Ask yourself as you see all the past aging influencers running ANOTHER stream...Another podcast...Still having to shake their asses... Ask yourself if you want that to be you. If you’re young and thinking about starting another podcast, stream, channel, or personal brand, you really need to ask yourself: A) Does the world need another talking head? B) Is this really what you want to do for the next 30 years? The answer to A is no. The answer to B is likely no. Think about it before you waste years of your life in the rat race of trying to become popular online. The vast majority of hyper-wealthy people are total unknowns.

Veronica, Collagen Scientist 🇵🇱
Poland might be the sanest society I’ve ever seen. Last night a woman was crying while walking down the street and within minutes someone had called the police to check on her, a huge police car pulled up asking if she was okay, random people stopped to ask whether she needed help. Found it strangely moving. Not pretending not to notice. People instinctively responding to distress the way human beings probably should.
Veronica, Collagen Scientist 🇵🇱@celestialbe1ng

Incredible scenes in the streets of Warsaw yesterday. There was a distressed woman screaming somewhere nearby and instantly at least 7 completely regular men/passers-by became alert, braced themselves, and started looking for where it was coming from, ready to protect. Complete strangers (some businessmen in suits, some ordinary guys) all silently looking at one another as if to say: “right, lads, you know what we have to do.” Actively looking to step in, fight if necessary, and protect someone they didn’t even know. I have genuinely never seen anything like it in my life. Still in awe, honestly.
