Se llama OpenADE y es un Agentic Development Environment 100% local y offline creado para devs que no quieren seguir shippeando slop. En vez de dejar que la IA improvise y alucine, OpenADE te obliga a seguir un flujo claro: Plan → Revise → Execute. Describes lo que quieres hacer, la herramienta genera un plan detallado de implementación (con archivos, cambios y edge cases), tú revisas y comentas directamente sobre el plan o los diffs, lo refinas hasta que quede sólido… y recién ahí ejecutas. El agente hace los cambios. Punto.
