@GremTheReaper Do it!! It can be a bit overwhelming at the start but once you get the basics down it’s so satisfying and fun to see your models come to life!

@Steven36283445 Hi! I manually keyed all the physics movements, big chunks for the main movements & separate smaller movements to each individual feather, then adjusted the physic’s setting to make it light + fluffy! (I’m not too familiar with 3D, apologies if this doesn’t answer your question!)
English

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT I'm a rigger from 3d/Maya and was always curious. How are the individual feathers on the ribcage done? Is it dynamics? Like springs or something pre-keyed like a set driven key?

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT He’s just a little guy 😚

@xormeos Oooo I’ll have to try that some time hopefully I can get it to look as good as yours ^^
English

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT THIS IS SO FUCKING GOOOOOOOD
English

@AutumnStarbind Feathers can be a bit tricky, I separated all the feathers and used deformers for the main bigger movements, then went in and adjusted the mesh for each feather itself for some extra smaller details + to break them up a bit!
English

@xormeos It looks so dam cool I have a hard time doing feathers
English

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT u did such a fantastic job meos!! O:
English

@candlecub Thank you! I love adding in small details like the finger/knuckle turns!
English

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT Holy detail, the knuckle turn especially was so smooth

@xormeos @hikikomorriVT woah, it looks so 3d, well done with the mesh thingys (idk 2d rig terminology)
English

I put some extra detail into the Crow Skull by adjusting the mesh itself when the body turns! 🖤
