I genuinely wonder why pharmacies are like this, it's like they have a uniquely poor way of checking for new orders. I had so many patients call us after their appointments telling us that the pharmacy didn't have their prescription yet when we sent it electronically before they left the office at all. Do they just like... not check??

“Hi I’m here to pick up my prescription” “I don’t see it in our system. You’re at the wrong location” *shows them the address of the location we’re standing in* “Oh let me look again…..ok found it” I’m losing my fucking mind with customer service people

@Griff_Muskoka Want the ghoulish backstory? He got increasingly paranoid after they got married and she got a job. He made her have her location on etc. She lied about where she was to hang out with a platonic colleague for a coffee and forgot about her phone location and got beaten for it.

When I was at uni, an MA student I knew married a lovely, kind guy who she’d been dating for two years. Gentle, quiet, good job, good family. No history of mental illness. He broke her jaw because she came home late once and he thought she was cheating.
