@DerKarlos @WasmWeekly @Microsoft Yes but I was referring to the intermediate language, MSIL. Microsoft converts C#, VB, F# into MSIL before bytecode. Jvm originally did not need IL because it had only one language, Java. So now I think webassembly is basically another MSIL

@novorado I'll have try this again. Either 1. Situation is different with remote debugging via renode/gcc or 2. I never tried it without extensions. I tried some extensions aimed at ARM which I adjusting to point at riscv gdb. Platformio worked but it's kinda.....
