2/2 🧵 I find that while high SES social workers acknowledge the importance of coworkers from low SES lived experiences, but at the same time weigh their public service motivations heavier on how they interact with clients despite their mismatch in SES identities.

I am so happy to share my first solo paper, a “spin-off” of my third chapter of dissertation, is published! This qualitative study looks at how personal motivations and peer influence affects social workers from high SES backgrounds interact with clients from low SES groups 1/2🧵
