साहब, आपने सिर्फ यूपी का नंबर देखकर मेरी गाड़ी रोकी है.... एक आदमी उत्तरप्रदेश से पंजाब जा रहा था। पंजाब पुलिस जैसे ही यूपी नंबर प्लेट की गाड़ी देखी, तुरंत रुकवा लिया। पहले बोले आपके शीशे काले हैं, चालान कटेगा। लेकिन जब पास जाकर देखा तो वहां कोई काली फिल्म थी ही नहीं। अपनी बात ऊपर रखने के लिए पुलिस पलट गई और कहने लगी आपकी गाड़ी की स्पीड ज्यादा थी। अब ओवर स्पीड की चालान कटेगी। जब उस आदमी ने विरोध किया तो पुलिस वालों ने जबरदस्ती उसका झूठा चालान काट दिया। जिसका चालान काटा उसने पुलिस के मुंह पर ही कह दिया आपने बस उत्तरप्रदेश का गाड़ी नंबर देखकर चालान काटा है। वर्दी का मतलब ही अब सिर्फ धौंस जमाना रह गया है।
