@cromaretail The AMC fraud is extensive. You sent technician from Voltas who charged for his visit and told that the issue needs to be attended by Croma as it is part of AMC. Now whom do I go for redressal? Why was I required to pay to Voltas when I have paid you for AMC ?

@cromaretail Your AMC scheme is a real fraud on the customer. I had purchased 4 Voltas ACs in Feb, 2025 and I was sold a 4 year AMC, with assurance of full servicing. Now one AC is not cooling, Croma is not responsible and directing me to Voltas. Then what did you charge me for?

@TajWestEnd If you cannot manage your services better not offer them and tell upfront. Called for a buggy at 7.35 am today for check out. None came for 15 min. Hauled the luggage upto reception from room 1603 as didn’t want to reach airport late and miss flight.

@MumbaiPolice Sir, there are support services to essential services. If Banking is essential service, there are vehicles hired by Bank to enable staff to travel to office and back. But such vehicles were blocked, drivers beaten inspite of showing suitable letters from Bank.
