The Senate left but it's not in recess. Thune is denying Trump the ability to make recess appointments via these tricky games. Trump isn't talking about this. Maybe he doens't understand? JD was in the Senate and could explain this. Why it's not a bigger deal is a mystery to me.

Maybe Trump knows something is coming which makes all of this irrelevant. What happens if it is revealed that many of these senators / congressman were not legally elected in the first place? What happens if it is revealed that many of these people were heavily involved with epstein? What if that is just the tip of the iceberg, and something like 70% of these people end up standing in front of military tribunals? Just spitballing...
