Olise fatherhood rumours: Just trying to provide some context, as , as always trash media are not able or willing to do so: If, and it’s still a big IF, it was correct that Olise acknowledged fatherhood after DNA testing of this child with this woman, then there is not much dispute about the contribution he has to pay under German law. This is usually calculated by the so called Düsseldorfer Tabelle which serves as a guideline / reference for many legal cases (so it’s not automatically legally applicable). According to this the maximum amount to be paid for high earners is capped at abt €1.400 net per month, or €16.800 p.a. (which equals to abt. 200% of the legal minimum for low earners). Even if you were increasing this to 300% (€25.200 pa) or 400% (€33.600 pa) without prejudice just to reach an amicable solution (which is often the case to avoid publicity), then you talk about relatively small amounts for Olise (even if you apply them for >18years or so). I wouldn’t even be surprised that they offered a generous lump sum over a €1Mio just in combination with a NDA to avoid publicity. But as often in these cases there might be legal advise to ask for ever more, and if turned down to run the social media / publicity campaign in the hope to get aggregated more than what was offered (or even legally applicable). According to the Bild story the woman confirmed in the interview that they were already separated when she found out to be pregnant. So a DNA test is not only normal, legit but the basis for any agreement to take this further. Also, the allegation, Olise doesn’t want to see his daughter, if true at all, can be due to legal advise, as it is not uncommon to stay away to prevent further allegations and disputes of any kind of nature.
