If the video is authentic, what is said is blatant ignorance and sultan worship.
Why do these Murji'ah keep equating criminal activity of authorities with having to fight them in order to remove them?
The fact is that if the criminals in authority would simply step down from their positions voluntarily and in obedience to the Shari'ah which indicates the necessity of integrity for leadership, then there would be no need for any "rebellion."
Rather, "rebellion" only takes place because criminals cling to power.
The problem is not the "Aqidah" of those who rebel but the criminals who are willing to kill and destroy in order to stay in power.
The moste evil after the criminals who kill and destroy to stay in power are the so-called "scholars" who make it a matter of Aqidah to defend the criminals in power and who criminalize those who properly understand the Shari'ah and fight to remove non-Caliph, non-Islamic, illegitimate authorities.

@IbnalIskandar you are correct but however nearly all of the sunnah of the Prophet had great health benefits. Even using miswak has health benefits for example

Nothing in the Sunnah indicates the command to grow the beard is about cleanliness.
The beard is about differing from polytheists and following the Fitrah established by the Prophets AS.
If there are additional benefits observed in growing the beard, then that is good.
However, Muslims shouldn't change the reasons stated in the Sunnah for why we are commanded to grow the beard.

(رواه البخاري ومسلم) ◾ كما أن الإسلام ربط بين اللحية والنظافة، فكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعتني بلحيته ويُسَرّحها ويعطرها، وكان من أحب الروائح إليه الطيب. ◾ وعلّمنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن النظافة من الإيمان، فقال: "الطُّهور شطر الإيمان." (رواه مسلم) فلا تكفي اللحية وحدها، بل يجب الاهتمام بنظافتها وغسل الوجه باستمرار.

I'm reading dog whistles to every persuasion in this message: secularists, "Islamists," and even external forces.
This is not a good sign.
The enemy has learned to mimic Islamic rhetoric to assuage the inclination toward Shari'ah.
