I think your gym should be within walking distance. 10-15 mins max. There is absolutely no reason why’d need to uber to gym

Speaking with Mr. Akpan, the Manager of O Apartments, you could tell how difficult it was for him to make decisions. Not because he lacked experience. But because too many questions remained unanswered. Looking at his data, he had no real idea about performance. He kept asking: “How many bookings did we have last month?” “Why is revenue down in LA?” “How much money is still unpaid?” And the truth? The answers were inside his data. But the data was a mess. It was just one CSV file, but handled by different people over time: LA, Los Angeles, los angeles Paid, PENDING, unpaid, Unknown Yes, TRUE, y, No, n Negative nights Incorrect total prices Missing guest names Invalid review scores Same dataset. Different formats. No standardization. So every time a question came up, someone had to manually clean the data again before giving an answer. That’s not insight. That’s reactive reporting. The Problem We Solved (Week 4 – Excel101) This week, we introduced Power Query into our workflow. Not to make it fancy. But to make it structured. We built a proper analytical process: 1. Extract Imported the raw CSV directly into Power Query. 2. Transform Standardized city names Cleaned text fields Normalized payment status Converted cancellation values to TRUE/FALSE Recalculated nights properly Recomputed total revenue Removed invalid review scores Instead of fixing errors repeatedly… We built a repeatable ETL system. Now when new booking data arrives? Click Refresh. Clean. Standardized. Ready for analysis. 3. Load & Analyze From there, we built a dashboard that answers Mr. Akpan’s real business questions: Total bookings, Revenue performance (2023–2025), Peak booking month, Cancellation rate, Payment distribution, Revenue at risk, City-level performance Now decisions are based on clarity, not assumptions. The Bigger Lesson Data problems are rarely about “lack of data.” They’re about: Lack of structure Lack of standardization Lack of process Excel is not just about formulas. It’s about building systems that turn repeated questions into automated answers. That’s what we treated in Week 4 of Excel101. From messy CSV To structured ETL To executive-level dashboard To confident decision-making And that’s how you move from “reporting numbers” to actually solving business problems. #Excel101 #PowerQuery #DataAnalytics #DashboardDesign #BusinessIntelligence

Until you learn contentment, you can’t truly be in love or stay committed. There will always be someone who seems more attractive, wealthier, more exciting, or easier to be with than your partner. But if you’re constantly chasing “better,” you’ll never appreciate what you already have. A lack of contentment will always leave you looking elsewhere.

The way Nigerians bastardize Care Work in the UK 🇬🇧 makes me wonder if classism was transported there too. During my last visit, a friend of mine was so ashamed to open up that he does Care Work. I was really pissed off. As a CARER or HCA, you are a core part of the MDT just as the Nurse or Doctor.
