School's Out programs for Asheville City and Buncombe County open at 9 a.m. at Avery’s Creek, Oakley, Sand Hill, and Beaverdam.

Buncombe County School’s Out programs open at 9 a.m. at Avery's Creek, Oakley, Sand Hill-Venable, and Weaverville on Monday, Feb. 23.

From August 1–15, we’re offering free day passes (up to 3) and no join fees. Stop in to any of our 7 locations or join online (ymcawnc.org) to beat the summer heat and stay active.

Our YMCA School's Out Program will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today, 1/10. Pack layers, lunch and any meds your child may need. Pick up is by 12:30 pm to ensure the safety of all to get home. We are closing early due to the NWS has issued a warning for rapid ice

Upcoming YMCA of WNC Community Health Mobile Food Markets: Tuesday, Oct. 8: Asheville YMCA, 12 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9: Ferguson Family YMCA in Candler, 12 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10: Reuter Family YMCA in Biltmore Park, 12 p.m.

Reuter Family YMCA is open to the public from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. for showers, charging, and WiFi. The gymnasium is open for basketball and general play. The youth lounge is open (parental supervision required). We are also distributing relief supplies from this location.
