Kamala Harris stood on the world stage, in front of the Presidential seal, and essentially told America that Donald Trump admires Adolf Hitler, calling an emergency press conference to inform us of this. Hitler, the man responsible for the systematic murder of 6 million Jews and countless others who were disabled or part of groups he hated. This isn’t just irresponsible rhetoric; it’s an attack designed to breed HATE and deepen divisions, while I guess trying to win good favor with the American people and our political allies? We should expect way more from our leaders. Throwing around these kinds of comparisons trivializes real historical atrocities. We deserve a serious conversation from our Vice President, not reckless accusations, behind the podium of the Executive Branch of the United States.
