200 hp meta basically killed Feng. Stupid changes like making his b4 -10 on block with the high string. His damage technically isn't that bad with heat. He does benefit from SAT slop a bit(which he shouldn't). Df3 is strong and his shifting clouds parry is lowkey busted. Shoulder heat dash is his win condition and it's basically a homing move. At the end of the day, he's a death by a thousand cuts character. That doesn't work in this game. Please revert the health to 180 and rebalance the game with that mind. 🙏
