@yoms Also, please try unlocking the device using the admin password first. If that doesn’t work, try using 1234. If you’re able to unlock it, you can go ahead and re-add the lock. Have you performed any operations on the lock previously? Also, do you have a gateway connected?

@populife Rebinding the device? Yes, but when all the codes fail to unlock the device, I doubt rebinding the device will work.

Hi! It’s possible that the issue was caused by a temporary operation error. This kind of situation is very rare and doesn’t happen often.
