@IMAJINYA He blinked twice. Well, you want to be persistent? Fine. I'll play the long game. Eugene got back in his car, still following her side. Now he got his own seat drenched, squeamishly uncomfortable. Still, he followed. "I just want to talk," he insisted.

She was lucky it wasn't too busy at that time of the day. Would be a different story if someone stupidly pull out their cellphone and record everything for the sake of instant fame. "It's over, Gene. It's over when you decided to break my trust." ( @yoojinwang )

@IMAJINYA (c) as if he was handling a tantrum. "Just get in, please. You'll catch cold." He could do this all day, standing under the rain–but her mortal body wouldn't.

@IMAJINYA His forehead scrunched. It was a good thing he was blessed with such height so he could take advantage on being taller, looking down on them. Words line up in his head, but none of them came out. He took a long, deep, and visible breath, (c)

@IMAJINYA @paruliel (c) he made sure he was the one with the upper hand. And true, he could always just compel her. A simple order, she would obey. But that would take the thrill out of it, wouldnt it. Lucky enough, the clouds were with him as they start to bleed tears. (c)

@IMAJINYA (c) It didn't help that she was stomping the earth, like it could make a difference. He tried so hard to hold back a snicker. "It's still faster and more comfortable." And as he said that, the sky rumbled.

@IMAJINYA His tyres rolled, matching with her pace, of course. He wanted to step in with a rebuttal, but shouting at each other in the middle of the road would be a sight to see. Her breath was short yet heavy, Eugene could feel the anger emanating. (c)

@IMAJINYA He lowered his window, letting the cool breeze into his car. He was silent for a few, the corner of his eyes onto her. She was going somewhere, casual clothes so it's nothing big, no one new. Eugene unlocked his car door, and called, "I'll give you a lift."

(c) Just... a quiet head in between the bustling night. Before he realised his driveway was into a familiar route, one he took to pick her up. He made no effort to spare himself, as his eyes searched for something his chest ached for. @IMAJINYA

(c) It was hard on Nails' part because that guy don't break women's hearts as easy as Eugene breathes. It was one of those rare natural occurences where Eugene just drove off the traffic, alone with his thoughts, not strategising any lawbreaking intent. (c)
