@HancockAnalysis Agreed but also by the same token players from abroad tend to need a longer adaptation period. No reason why they can’t particularly if you’ve got the profile right but they need more grace than a signing from the same league

Experience in specific leagues is incredibly overrated in recruitment, that’s not to say it’s completely irrelevant, but the priority should always be skillsets & attributes that fit what you’re trying to do as a team, and what the league you’re in demands

Whilst it’s only a fairly small sample size and xG isn’t everything, Rangers were far too easy to play through in defeats again Norwich (h&a), Boro (a) and WBA (a) so it’s good to see a run of clean sheets and the underlying numbers to back it up.

For all the turgidness of the Rs recent performances, particularly away from home, defensively we’ve really improved in recent weeks. In the last six league games Rangers have conceded just 3.86 xGA (0.64 xGA p/90) and kept 4 clean sheets. #QPR
