POWER UPDATE

@PHEDconnect PHED Port Harcourt, There is electricity in some parts of Akwa Ibom State, but Afag Ube still has no light, even though nearby areas do. Since the maintenance on the 17th of February, power has not been restored only a brief flash yesterday before it went off again.
