@haloyar @AliokeSolarNG @DrightSauce Yes weather is a very important factor in solar energy but there are many ways to go around it like solar panels sizing, panel types etc and Battery storage. People that goes completely offgrid invests heavily on solar panels and battery storage.

A woman sitting in front of me in church today could not control her son. The boy was standing. Shouting. Disturbing the entire program. She beat him. Twisted his ear. Nothing worked. Then the father walked in. The moment that boy spotted his father from across the church he sat down immediately. Adjusted himself. Straightened up. Quiet for the rest of the program. The mother finally brought out her notepad and started jotting. She looked so relieved. I sat there watching all of this. Never underestimate the presence of a father in a child's life. Nobody said a word to that boy. His father just walked in.

@AsakyGRN what is killing nigerians influencer market is “TRUST”. I did rather let the owner of the product influence me than an influencer that doesn’t even know jack of what he/she is influencing about. Simple faq they won’t read so what are you influencing.

“In five years or less, influencer marketing will die in Nigeria. Compare the era of blogging during Linda Ikeji and BellaNaija to now, almost nobody rates blogs anymore. The reason is they are lazy, less creative, copy people’s niche, repeat content.” — Opeyemi Famakin.

“The price Nigerian influencers charge for content isn’t sustainable. Imagine wanting to patronize Sydney Talker and he tells you to pay ₦20 million for just one video. Shank tells me ₦12 million. I paid Ola of Lagos since last year till now and he still hasn’t fulfilled his contract; he’s still owing me six videos. Carter Efe is also still owing me three videos.” — Fekomi states the reason he stopped using Nigerian influencers to promote his products.

@Geeky_ng @AsakyGRN it’s not even about delivering the issue is conversions. most of them aren’t buyers. CR7 has buyers as his audience. And the truth is most of these brands don’t understand the influencers that’ll fit their target market.

@AsakyGRN The prices charged are not the problem; the main issue is influencers sticking to the agreement and delivering. CR7 charges about $3 million per post on Instagram, and no one calls it too high. Influencers built their brands over the years through very hard work.

I am Nigerian, and right now my dream is bigger than me. Only about 4.5% of medical literature globally are represented on Black skin. That means millions of Black patients are learning from systems that barely look like them. Medical students study diseases on skin tones that are not their own. Doctors are trained with visual references that often fail Black bodies. That gap has consequences. So I am deciding to build towards changing it. I’m starting with a book. But the larger vision is far beyond that. I want to help build software and medical visualization tools that make Black medical representation impossible to ignore. This is not just about diversity aesthetics, this is about accuracy, education, visibility and better healthcare outcomes. One day, I want a Black child studying medicine anywhere on earth to see themselves fully represented in what they learn. And I believe we can build that future.

@sowore @adekunleGOLD In all fairness and with all due respect Mr sowore you've finally gone mad. He approached the police, an arrest was made he was found guilty and given a sentence. What else do you want? You want every crime to be pardoned? Where there's no law there's anarchy. It's simple. Wtf

This was @AdekunleGold in 2012 openly criticizing then President @GoodluckJonathan. Back then, it was rightly called free speech, and if he had been arrested for those tweets, we would have been on the streets demanding his immediate release. How then does someone who benefited from freedom of expression turn around years later to use the police, courts, and the brutal cybercrime framework against ordinary Nigerians over online banter and social media exchanges? You cannot enjoy free speech when you are powerless and criminalize it the moment you become influential. Freedom of expression must apply to everyone, celebrities, politicians, activists, and poor young Nigerians on social media alike. The Nigeria Police Force @PoliceNG must stop acting as a private army for the rich and famous, while the judiciary must stop handing down outrageous punishments over internet speech that should never be criminal matters in the first place.

1. My son, currently in 400 Level Medicine and Surgery scored 333 in JAMB but his name did not even APPEAR on the Admission List. I was later told by the Institution that, my son could be offered Micro Biology. I told the Registrar of the institution POINT BLANK that, "I have spent HUGELY (Several Millions of Naira) to get my Son to this Point of Entry (PoE) to become a Medical Doctor and not to become a Biology Teacher through her offer of Micro Biology. This Registrar was so MEAN. She simply told me, we are very sorry, Micro Biology is the BEST we can OFFER your son. 2. At this Juncture, I proceeded to JAMB Headquarters, Abuja to meet with Prof. Oloyede who swiftly asked for my son's JAMB details, punched these details into his laptop and everything concerning the university came up on his screen. 3. Prof. Oloyede said and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, please go back home and sleep with your two eyes closed. From what I am seeing on my screen, your son is No.3 on the List of Medicine and Surgery of this institution with a JAMB SCORE of 333 which comes behind two other JAMB scores of 348 & 334 respectively. Unfortunately, none of these chaps, including your Son (i.e JAMB Score 348, 334 and 333) made the Admission List" 4. Prof. Oloyede continued and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, in SANE countries, this Institution should have sent the College Driver with an official vehicle to go and fetch your son from Ekiti to campus having projected himself into the MERIT LIST of this Institution but unfortunately, the endemic corruption in these institutions will just not allow them to follow Due Process" 5. Right in my presence, Prof. Oloyede put a call through to the Vice Chancellor of this Institution, setting his phone on speaker and spoke angrily at the Vice Chancellor, lamenting on the endemic corruption under his nose as it concerns university admission. This Vice Chancellor apologized to Prof. Oloyede saying what has just happened must have been an ERROR of OVERSIGHT on the part of his Management Team & promised Prof. Oloyede that he will personally ensure the Error of Oversight is corrected. 6. Within 24 hrs of that conversation between Prof. Oloyede and the Vice Chancellor, my son checked the university's Admission Portal and discovered his name has been INCLUDED as Number Three on the admission list while the names of the other chaps that scored 348 & 334 also appeared on the admission list as Number One and Number Two respectively. 7. The good news in all of these is that, my son that would have been CRIMINALLY denied admission ab-initio now TOPS his class with a G.P.A of 4.85 This is neither Federal nor State government doing... Every sector of the economy in Nigeria is corrupt. Photo: Prof Ishaq Oloyede, Registrar, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board ( JAMB )

ISIS second in command was hiding in Nigeria and DSS couldn't figure it out, the Army kept going after soldiers who complained about feeding, even went after a civilian (Justice Crack). DSS were more interested in Gbajamiala vs Elliot bout... Then the US got the intell and acted on it! Tomorrow they'll tell us it's Chima from Enugu, that sells spare parts, that fed the Intel to USA.
