It was fantastic to catch up with our members at the OWASP NZ conference in Tāmaki-makaurau yesterday. Among the top concerns discussed were the time required to complete technical tests, pay equity and management ignoring technical debt and security concerns

Fair Pay Agreements will set minimum rates, terms and conditions for an industry; stop bad employers from paying people less then they’re worth; protect good employers from being undercut by bad employers; provide a fairer playing field; and literally improve lives.
