Instead of celebrating Eid al-Adha with their children and loved ones, and enjoying the joy and beautiful moments of the holiday, families now spend their time searching and waiting for a small amount of food to satisfy their children's hunger.
We have been deprived of celebrating our holidays, and deprived of experiencing the most beautiful moments of this blessed day-a day that was meant to bring families together in joy, love, and peace, yet now passes burdened with hardship, suffering, and endless waiting.
