A great experience to perform a robotic retro partial nephrectomy during #ERUS2025 in London with @RaviBarodUrol’s amazing team including @BasileG_ at @RoyalFreeNHS. A challenging case and a challenging day made easier being surrounded by the right people.

A misery.

Right testicular seminoma treated in past, now presented with pelvic mass. Left testis not palpable with scar mark at both inguinal regions. Pelvic mass was found to be attached with cord structures.

Retrocaval ureter, ureteric transposition done.

RA laproscopic nephroureterectomy and radical nephrectomy speciman.

@PersaudDr One should not be dependent on armamenterium, always keep your open surgical skills up to date.

On the days the 120w machine is in the shop, happy we have kept our open skills..A cautionary tale! A good ole transcesical prostatectomy.

Bilateral native nephrectomies for ADPKD. One case where I personally find the “old fashioned” multiport transperitoneal lap approach superior to robotic. Nice to have options to taylor to each circumstance.
