@AndrewHilaryUS when going to japan i didn’t smoke for 24 hours because amsterdam prohibits smoking since covid. that first hit after arriving got me questioning what i was smoking 😩

The cigarette I smoked after my 15 hour flight to Australia was top 5 highest I’ve ever been. I had to sit down and hold on to a bench so I didn’t shake loose from the face of the earth a drift into outer space.

@kirayhf it depends on the tourist and how ignorant they are really i don’t want to count how many times a tourist went “English? Speak English??” to an employee while i was there, then there was one asking if the “chicken cheesu curry” they ordered was pork like come on lol

@silvievdh vinted is echt een schijt app. ben ook een keer opgelicht met een nep zonnebril en desondanks foto bewijs en dat de codes niet overeenkwamen, het model van de zonnebril nieteens bestond gaven ze toch het geld aan de verkoper terwijl ik om een retour vroeg.

Ik verkoop wel eens wat op Vinted maar kocht er niets. Nu zag ik een trui die ik al een tijdje op het oog had voorbijkomen voor een mooie prijs (niet extreem goedkoop, maar ook niet de hoofdprijs). Ik kocht hem en wat blij dat ik hem gisteren op kon halen. Bleek ie nep te zijn. En vrij duidelijk ook. Dan was het ineens wel duur. Koper reageert niet, accepteert alleen de retour. Prima. Toch, omdat ik vinted wil waarschuwen voor deze koper en ik de hoop dat de trui niet gewoon klakkeloos opnieuw aangeboden kan worden, deed ik ook een melding aan de klantenservice. Na wat chats over en weer waarin zij in hetzelfde kringetje ronddraaien en niet lezen wat ik zeg, ben ik er klaar mee. Dat was eens en nooit meer om iets te kopen op vinted! Ze vinden het totaal niet interessant dat mensen fake producten aanbieden. Joe, dan niet.
