@Boro I don't know what transpired but obviously Michael is a great Manager. Club can't keep selling its best players when trying to get promoted. And if Carrick under these circumstances got Boro that close, it's hard to see another Manager achieve promotion in such conditions.

@Boro Quite gutted it hasnt worked out,that first season was unreal,injuries let us down at the end of that season,he lacked some parts of ingame management but also do think hes been let down by the board,good luck in the future michael

@Boro Wish him well. Many good memories and many attacking players improved. Ultimately didn’t respect and wasn’t able to improve the defensive aspects of a team enough. We move on, Up the Boro.

@Boro Unlike many previous Boro managers on the whole I’ve enjoyed the football under Carrick but his inability/stubbornness to change things, whether tactics or personnel, when it wasn’t working ultimately led to his failure in the role. More tactically astute HC/M next please. #UTB

Japan was ~99% Japanese in 1990 and is ~97% Japanese today and that 2% shift was enough to destroy an ethnically homogenous high trust society.
