Well, since I played a major college sport and won a natty...yep...I am familiar. BUT...most did not, and you couldn't be bought by another university. I kept some integrity. More teams competitive? LOL...it's who has the cash. Mid-majors are on the way to becoming irrelevant.

Yall talking about how many players are in the portal, now show me the number of players forced into the portal by their coaching staffs. Athletic Scholarships are 1 year financial aid agreements, not 4 year, and coaches been pushing kids out for decades, the portal just helps.
