At @solus_group, the best setup turned out to be office twice a week. I see a lot of companies forcing people to come to the office every day, others go fully remote. For us, the sweet spot is two days per week. Especially cause on those days we always have a team lunch together, cooked by our own chef. It sounds like a small thing, but it actually works really well for team energy and connection. Just a small note you might want to try.
