The factory owners didn't send away the workers they had trained for weeks. they were doing their jobs well. Training new workers was more costly. Germans decided that, not turks.

What the hell are you even arguing? The term “Gastarbeiter” literally means “guest worker” — it was always meant to be temporary. This delusional idea that a temporary job should entitle you to permanent settlement and citizenship is completely ridiculous. A job does not change your blood, and Germany is the home of the German people, not that of foreign workers and their offspring.
