I saw this (unisex for female 🤪) mod that had a coat and necklace on accessories and thought to myself "oh cute" and wanted to try out. So I equipped a ring and a necklace. I have never seen this warning before about my own gear. TWO PIECES. How do y'all live like this. LOL

[small update] Since this is something I’ve been asked kinda frequently lately: yes I’m still around and still modding 🫡 my last few attempts at actually finishing a sculpt didn’t go so well, I was really unhappy with everything I was working on. I also think I was creatively burned out after the extensive work that went into my DT-updates and I probably would have been better off taking a break before immediately starting to work on new sculpts after finishing Aerin (hindsight is 20:20 after all). Essentially I’ve spent like, what, 9 months working on stuff that I ended up canning. This, coupled with my physical and mental health taking an absolute nosedive this year, was incredibly demotivating to the point that I honestly considered quitting multiple times (alas I did not quit and finally managed to get a WIP past the stage where I ditched the previous ones). I’ve been actively working on resolving my health issues and I’ll do my very best to finally release a sculpt again, 17th try (just kidding but actually not really) is the charm after all, as they say. Until then, please don’t forget about me LOL (😭)

I wish I could post frequently on this app, but when I have to check with friends whether or not every tweet I send can be pancake/waffle'd I just can't be bothered anymore LOL Mod makers are people just like mod users, we shouldn't need a PR firm to send tweets 😭

@FoxxyXIV I definitely do know there's lots of people who like to support their fav creators with kind comments, but the general level of hate for mod creators is insane - I don't know what happened to "as long as they're not hurting anyone then who cares" (exhibit A moff's OG tweet)

@yuwuria it's all so... idk ridiculous?.. Just people doing the best they can to survive life, we all are just wanting to share in this game we all love. I really wish people would just be more positive, small acts of kindness go a long way, pay a compliment, be polite its not hard x.x

@FoxxyXIV Yep, I think people are just hungry for drama or sth because as someone who interacts with other mod makers & mod users a lot, everyone is just... human? 😅 It feels like modders have celebrity status for no reason - easiest way to farm 1k likes is to tweet "modder does sth bad"

@yuwuria basic empathy, and compassion would improve things drastically around here.. mod makers (even ones with paid mods) are not super villains.. mod users are not victims and vice versa We're all just people doing our best, loving our silly little hobby in our silly little game

@yuwuria Yuria love everything you do. Your guides and resources are beyound amazing easy and very helpful. To this day I always point to them as first thing you should go to if you want to learn and get best resources for yourself

I'd like to say the same thing, thank you to everyone who has supported me in the past. 💕 It makes me happy when people appreciate the resources & mods I make, or leave kind comments! The bad vibes lately have been a bit demotivating, but after a break I'm back with new ideas!
