Someone just prepaid a full year of CheckVibe. £329, one payment, upfront. That means more to me than any signup number we've posted. Anyone can get a signup. A free scan and a decent TikTok gets you a signup. Prepaying twelve months means someone looked at a product built by two 19-year-olds and decided we'd still be here in July 2027. So here's the honest path that person actually took, stage by stage. Stage 1: a TikTok slideshow. Cream background, bold text, five slides, no logo anywhere on it. It doesn't look like an ad because we never let it look like one. 2M+ organic views, £0 spent. Stage 2: the free scan. They scan their own site expecting nothing and get back a list of real holes. That moment sells harder than any landing page copy I could write. Stage 3: the fix. Every finding comes with a copy-paste prompt for Claude Code. Finding someone a problem makes them anxious. Handing them the fix makes them trust you. Stage 4: they come back. Monitoring runs daily and alerts them when their score drops. This is the part we got wrong for weeks. Scan once, fix, leave, never return. Retention was the whole game and we nearly missed it entirely. Stage 5: the annual plan. Nobody prepays a year at stage 2. They prepay after stage 4, once the thing has quietly saved them twice. What I keep learning: growth got us the signup, the product got us the year. You can market your way to the top of the funnel. You cannot market your way to someone handing you twelve months upfront. Build the stage 4.

I scanned 800 Vibecoded apps in the last 2 weeks. 3 out of 4 had a critical hole. ~60 seconds each. The top offender every single time: Supabase RLS switched off. One API call and anyone could read every user's row. On apps that looked completely finished, with real users, live for months. Nobody noticed, because the app ran fine. It always runs fine. Working is not the same as safe.

GPT-5.6 is a major step forward for health intelligence. Across the lineup, we’re delivering stronger performance at lower cost: GPT-5.6 Luna outperforms GPT-5.5 at its highest reasoning setting while costing 25x less. Together, these advances raise quality while making advanced models accessible to more people globally.
