That's very detailed information. I run a used car dealership, and a large number of people who come to buy cars have some kind of problem.
They're asking me to pay for it in installments personally, without going through a guarantee company. For a $600 car, mind you.

@harapecopower I assume due to the repair costs being too high? In Texas the "inspection" is just checking if your car passes emissions and has working lights lol, but even that is pretty relaxed.

@z33004 Japan has a vehicle inspection system, and without passing this inspection, you cannot drive on public roads in japan.
Especially in Japan’s used car market, you occasionally see beat-up cars with expired inspections, and some of them can even be bought for less than $10.

@drivingmatterz my dad had a 75 Z when I was a little kid and I remember the usdm park bench bumpers being the first thing to get thrown away lol, so its interesting to see someone prefers them!
