Please, DO NOT BUY GEAR that pro players use, mostly not from Razer.
Do some reaserch, watch some reviews and do yourself a favor, by buying a gear that can be lower price and better quality.
I would still rather prefer to go with Logitech over Razer, if that matters to you.

IRQ Sharing on Windows: Here's how to FIX it
Go To Win+R → msinfo32 → Components → Conflicts/Sharing
If multiple devices share the same IRQ number, that's a problem. (ignore HPET and System timer)
Ideally you want your GPU, NIC and NVME to use Message Signaled Interrupts instead of line based.
FIX it:
- Download MSI Utility or GoInterruptPolicy
- Check MSI on your GPU, NIC and NVMe and hit apply
- Restart
Verify it worked:
Negative IRQ = ✅ MSI mode active
Positive IRQ = ❌ still on legacy

Little do you know that most of the FPS gains from Custom Windows like KernelOS, AtlasOS, Ghost Spectre come from just disabling Windows Defender.
This is extremely dangerous if you do anything but game on your PC, but Windows Defender takes a lot of resources away from you and your game.
I do NOT recommend doing this, it's just to let you know where the performance gains actually come from
