I’m far from perfect & I’ve made many mistakes but I’ve also worked hard to learn from them. I’m sharing so you don’t make the same mistakes I’ve made & put the license above learning & yourself above the students. No one is bigger than the badge and the language we use matters.

As a coach, one thing you never want to be is a player’s last coach because you made them quit. It’s the same as a coach educator- you don’t want to be someone’s last educator because you turned them off from education.

Saturday morning PSA for Coach Educators- You do not “teach” a “license.” You facilitate learning through a course experience where the end result (hopefully) is the learner receiving a license that recognizes competency.

Not everyone is going to share your vision. Not everyone is going to believe what you believe. That's okay. Your positive energy must be greater than their negativity.
