⛽️ While Trump is making moves in the Strait of Hormuz, here in peaceful Thailand🇹🇭 fuel prices have jumped hard📈 So I decided to expand my “fleet” (which used to be just one very manly 4L pickup 😄) and pick up a small car🤡 Went with a Toyota Altis (basically a Corolla, but right-hand drive - hey, it’s Thailand, like the UK🇬🇧 haha!) Got it from a local monk’s family for a $300 💸 And for that price? A car🚗 that sat untouched for 2 years, possibly with a seized engine… plus mice living inside, and pretty much everything that could rust or break - did exactly that 😂 So here’s the question: Do you think my engineering skills can turn this bucket into something decent? 🔧 And would you be interested if, besides cannabis🪴 content, I occasionally share how I’m bringing this metal baby back to life(not sure)? Goal: prove that even with almost no money, you can build a cheap ride in Thailand that still gets your (or my 😄) ass from point A to point B 💚🫂
