I’ve clicked Report Spam and Delete about 10x a day every day since this feature came out. No change. Does anyone at @Apple have an explanation of what actually happens when we do this? Seems useless.

There is something very off with Claude Code today. It is not even respecting Plan Mode and continues to make file edits on its own.
