Humayun Kabir’s revelations have shown how vulnerable Bengal’s Muslims are. That AIMIM cannot associate with any statements where integrity of Muslims is brought into question. As of today, AIMIM has withdrawn its alliance with Kabir’s party. Bengal’s Muslims are one of the poorest, neglected and oppressed communities. Despite decades of secular rule, nothing has been done for them. AIMIM’s policy in contesting elections in any state is so that the marginalised communities have an independent political voice. We will be contesting the Bengal elections INDEPENDENTLY and have will have no alliance with any party going forward.

The world is lauding Pakistan for mediating a ceasefire through a war that could have unleashed the worst kind of catastrophe. Trump who spoke the language of ending the Iranian civilisation till last night is now speaking the language of peace. It is a sobering moment for India that now needs to really work on its foreign policy and instead of pleasing domestic actors needs to think of long term goals and not grandstanding in elections. Propaganda films might win us elections but not elevate our status as vishwaguru in world politics

Your bones are shrinking and you're calling it aging.
- Walk 7,000–10,000 steps daily. Not occasionally. Not when you feel like it. Every single day. Bone density doesn't negotiate with your schedule. It responds to load or it disappears. Those are the only two options.

- Drink water like your joints depend on it because they literally do. Cartilage is 70% water. Chronic dehydration doesn't just make you tired. It dries out the cushioning between your bones. You are grinding bone on bone in slow motion if you're chronically dehydrated and you won't feel it until it's too late to fully reverse.
- Eat anti-inflammatory food. Turmeric, ginger, berries, fatty fish. Chronic inflammation doesn't announce itself. It just quietly destroys tissue day after day while you eat ultra processed food and wonder why your knees ache at 38 and your hands hurt at 45.
- Stop sitting for more than 45 minutes without getting up. The human body was not engineered for chairs. Prolonged sitting compresses spinal discs, stiffens cartilage, and shuts down the muscles that protect your joints. The office chair is doing more damage than most people's worst habits and nobody puts a warning label on it.
- Stretch for 10 minutes every single day. Not when you're injured. Not when you can't move. Now. Today. Flexibility loss is silent and gradual until one morning you reach for something and something tears and the doctor asks how long it's been this bad and you realize you have no idea.
- Take omega-3s daily. Fish oil, fatty fish, flaxseed. Joint inflammation doesn't wait for you to be old. It starts in your 30s and builds quietly. Omega-3s are one of the few things with genuine clinical evidence for reducing joint inflammation and most people aren't getting anywhere near enough.

When I joined Twitter as an activist almost 7 years back, I did fundraise more than 1 lakh for Delhi riot victims, and then corona came. I started distributing grocery kits from my own, then @FahadZirarAhmad made one Mumbai group, added me, and then started doing fundraising with brother @Fahad_Heaven.
That time I supported all journalists and many whenever they needed my support; my fundraising was the best, used to close each case in half an hour. So many journalists used to approach me for their media support.
So without hesitation I supported them.
Now as I joined back, I do not have many followers and have lost donors too . When I approached those for RT, for help in fundsraising , they just ignored me. One of them even blocked me; a few didn't even give me a follow back few even Mute me. 🤷
This is the condition of our community...!!
