I lived in San Francisco (California), Dublin (Ireland), and (Montpellier) France, aside from the beautiful country side regions of Switzerland. Whichever country I was in, I needed more sleep than back home, and had a harder time waking up. @abhinavguptaIAQ offered me to try his breethr. 1 week in, and my sleep quality has tremendously improved, I need approx. 30min less sleep, the white noise helps with the city noise, and waking up feels easier again. PS: I'm keeping it - u ain't getting this one back 😜
