i feel like it would’ve sold better as a compilation of them meeting as teens and moving into adulthood & on instead of just as well-established adults to really sell the parallel that theyve been together for their whole lives

to be clear: i understand this version, this ending, and well we don’t have other options. but i don’t want this and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and empty

What an era

#GO3Spoilers i think people are allowed to feel betrayed and upset without disregarding the beauty and message of the ending. yes, they saved humanity. yes, they found each other again. but they deserved better. 6k years of history isn't nothing. it was everything to them AND us.

i think my biggest issue is that i felt like Our aziraphale and crowley never got an emotional resolution. they never even got to talk about their relationship or its recent upset for realsies. and now they never will and that is SO fucking sad #go3spoilers

@1941crowley Oh no ur so right. I’ve been jumping into multiple rivers with this ending😭. Frankly, most versions I was able to picture for awhile looked similar. And 2 b so fair, much of their story was cut, which is probs the most unfortunate part
