ALERT 🚨 After paying all the fees required, setting up for our convention tomorrow, the owner of Rainbow Event centre has just informed us that he has come under pressure from the FCDA and Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike that if he allows the ADC the use of his facilities, his licence will be revoked. But we have already signed the contract with him. We will hold our convention tomorrow as planned at the Rainbow event centre. We will not bow to this creeping tyranny. And definitely not to this petty tyrant. ADC is rising, Nigeria is rising.

24 hours to the @ADCNig National Convention, the Nigerians-aligned political party is yet to be issued a venue. As the bromide has shown, a letter was presented to the Office of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Chief Nyesom Wike, for a permit to use the Eagles Square. The letter was acknowledged but no response. The ADC team paid several visits to the Ministry of Sports officials at the MKO Stadium. At the end, ADC was refused the use of the Valedrom. To make matters worse, privately owned Event Centres in Abuja are turning down the @ADCNig requests for fears of harrasments in various forms from the government. All ADC members, teeming party supporters and indeed all Nigerians are assured that, as contained in the NOTICE issued to @inecnigeria , the ADC National Convention will hold in Abuja as scheduled on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026.

Just heard a Christian song blasting: "Nagode Allah, Allah seriki!" But I thought Allah is not your God? Why not just say "Nagode Chukwu" or "Nagode Yesu" nah? Make it make sense! At the end of the day, Allah simply means "God" in Arabic. Same God. Different language.

A man brought his wife and newborn to our unit. The baby was crying uncontrollably, and the mother was in tears. From the signs, it was clear the baby was hungry. While taking her history, she said she hadn’t breastfed since the previous day. The baby had stopped feeding from the left breast, MIL said the milk was “sour.” The baby was only feeding from the right, but that also became difficult because of cracked nipple. So now, both breasts were engorged, painful, and the baby was left hungry. What did we do? Warm compress, pain relief (diclofenac suppository), expressed the milk, and fed the baby. Both mother and baby were fine shortly after. Let’s clear this up: breast milk does NOT go sour. If a baby refuses one breast, it’s usually due to positioning, latch issues, or adjusting to milk flow, not because the milk is bad. Please, don’t let myths starve your baby.💝
