Yeah, I think we have solved that latter problem. Widget is highly customizable. I skipped the free tier because Wiser's seems purely symbolic - not a real usable solution. Also I think a free tier creates a weird situation where you're getting most of your feedback from people who don't pay, which means you're optimizing for the wrong set of customers

However of the clients I moved to Wiser 50% have already upgraded also important is how reviews are displayed. Even if it's a bit heavy on the load. Wiser let's you get that modern look clients like without load of custom CSS

That makes total sense. Switching cost is high What (if anything) would move you? I had considered a full switching credit - basically forward your wiser receipt and I'll add a credit to your account for the full amount. And maybe also "done for you migrations" Still feels like a tough sale?
