My MIL sat down across the table from me, one week postpartum, and matter-of-factly told me she’d like to pay for our house cleaner, since she didn’t leave nearby and couldn’t be as helpful as she’d like.
This was my 3rd baby, but my 1st with my husband.
The 2nd time I had a baby, my in-laws lived 2 doors down and were MIA.
The 1st time I had a baby, I was a single mom. My mom went on vacation the next day.

This outrage against Anele just reaffirms for me that it’s better not to share your happiness on social media (love, wedding, vacations, kotizing). People hate seeing others happy. If this were really about corruption, the outrage would be directed at the husband and his ex.
