I BROKE THE META!! After 3 days of playing Leyline Mage non-stop I finally perfected the deck! Just got Legend going 10-1, 91% winrate with this Leyline/Burn hybrid deck! Turns out cutting Crystallized Leyline and Arcanomicon makes the deck so much better!

Game Plan: So, there are Content Creators out there who have the balls to play Vyranoth AND have not given up on Leyline Mage. The idea behind this deck is to use Leyline Nexus not only to gain tempo & cheat mana, but also to execute an OTK combo in Mage—something that would be impossible without this mana cheating. Since our options for pulling off an OTK in Mage are currently quite limited in Standard mode, we once again pick Vyranoth & Briarspawn Drake. -->> If we receive other strong cards in the future, it may become possible to devise different OTK strategies with Leyline Nexus <<--- Your combo prieces are: Vyranoth, Chrono-Lord Deios, Briarspawn Drake and 1x Leyline Nexus to be able to play Deios and Drake in 1 turn. We need 1x Sheltered Survivor in case we draw the Drake too early, allowing us to shuffle him back into the deck to receive the Vyranoth buff. We set up the OTK by cycling through our deck very quickly, then—if necessary—shuffling the Drake back in to buff him with Vyranoth, and finally drawing that massive Drake in the very same turn using Nexus Leyline. Smoldering Groove would technically be the first choice for cycling, but its "Embers" mechanic makes it somewhat clunky to play; furthermore, we require several survival tools, as well as enough minions to activate Vyranoth. Hence the inclusion of 2x Ancient of Yore. The second Leyline Nexus can help draw a massive number of cards—provided, of course, that you have accumulated enough Leyline buffs. Other survival tools are: Eternal Firebolt, Sheep Mask (the new MVP in Leyline decks!), Blizzard, Doomsayer, and Surge Needle. Please Note: The 2x Ley Walker each generate a random Leyline: Nexus is excellent for further cycling, while Bursting and Crystallized can serve to buy you some extra "time." Naralex & Ysera are included to provide Ramp on turns 7 or 8, allowing you to reach the 15-mana cap. The Gronn Giants serve to help activate Vyranoth, provide a cheap way to empty an extra card from your hand, and simultaneously put a strong minion onto the board. The 1x Portal Vanguard, 1x Xavius, and 1x Sheltered Survivor are intended to tutor either the Leyline-buffing minions or Vyranoth himself (which is even better if you can trigger Xavius's Battlecry twice!).
